Annual Show Each year the society organises an annual flower and vegetable show taking place during August in the Corn Exchange. During the show the winners of the best garden competition and scarecrow competition are also announced. Show Secretary: Mrs A. Jones Phone: 01507 466970 The 2026 Annual Show was held at the Corn Exchange on Saturday 1st August. 9 Market Place, Alford, LN13 9EB Sections include Vegetables, Herbs, Flowers, Floral Arrangements, Crafts, and a Junior Section Please consider entering the show in 2027 you would be most welcome and perhaps gain a first, second or third prize or a trophy, entries are open to all. The Alford Corn Exchange is on Market Place between the Handyman Store and the Windmill Hotel. There is parking on street and across the road in the Market Place car park. A larger car park can be found behind the library on South Market Place just a few minutes walk away, with another near the Co-op. Currently parking is free in Alford. Map and photo
